These terms cover your use of andaluslaunch.com, run by Andalus Launch (Andalib, Dhaka, Bangladesh). By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, which always takes priority over this page.
2Prices and offers
Prices on this site are our published starting prices. Prices differ by country, so good work stays affordable for local businesses everywhere. You pay the price for the country your business is billed in. Prices shown as "From" are quoted after a short call. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one in your written agreement.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we've agreed the scope and price with you in writing. Guarantees described on the site apply as written in your agreement, including their conditions.
3Free homepage previews and demos
A free preview or demo is a sample of the work, with no obligation and no payment. Until you buy, the design and code of a preview stay ours, so please don't publish or reuse them. Once you've paid for a project, ownership passes to you as set out in your agreement.
4Your project and what you own
Your domain is registered in your name. Once paid for, the code, content and data of your project are yours, and we hand them over on request. Payment terms, timelines and what's included are set in your written agreement.
5Using this site
You may browse and share this site freely. Please don't copy its design, text or code for your own use, try to break or overload it, or use our forms to send spam. The examples in our portfolio belong to the clients they were built for.
6Information on the site
We work to keep everything here accurate, and figures we quote are linked to their public sources. The site is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from relying on this site alone; your agreement with us sets out our responsibilities for paid work.
