1Who we are
Andalus Launch is a web design and development studio run by Andalib in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy covers andaluslaunch.com. For anything about your data, email hello@andaluslaunch.com or message us on WhatsApp at +880 1349 565659.
2What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site: your name, the phone number or email you give us, and anything else you choose to fill in (business name, current website, what you need, your message). We also note which page you sent it from and which price list you were looking at.
When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. If the form opens WhatsApp for you, it only fills in the message; nothing is sent until you press send.
When you browse: the country your connection comes from (to show prices in your currency), and anonymous measurements of how fast pages load. If site analytics are switched on, we also see which pages are visited and where visitors came from, without cookies and without identifying you.
On your device: if you choose a different price list, your browser remembers that choice. Nothing else is stored on your device by us.
3Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your project.
- To show you prices in your currency.
- To keep the site fast and working, and to understand which pages are useful.
- If we run ads for Andalus Launch on Facebook or Instagram, to measure which ads bring enquiries (see "Advertising" below).
4Who processes it for us
We never sell your information. These services handle it on our behalf, only to run the site:
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Supabase, where enquiries are stored securely.
- Resend and Zoho Mail, which deliver and receive our emails.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
Some of these services store data outside Bangladesh, mainly in the United States, Europe and Asia.
5Advertising
If we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, this site may use the Meta Pixel to count visits and enquiries that came from our ads. Meta may use a cookie for this. You can control how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. We don't use any other advertising or tracking cookies.
6How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
7Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@andaluslaunch.com and we'll do it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
8Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
